The leading real estate sales professionals on the list averaged more than 140 closed transactions and more than $50 million in closed sales volume last year. Given that the national averages are less than ten closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume per agent or team, these results speak to the extraordinary success of the Top Thousand.
